Content built for the algorithm

Growth you can count on

Here’s my take

Here’s my take. We live in an algorithmic era, which means anyone can reach millions of people tomorrow with the right piece of content. The platforms no longer care who you are. They care whether people watch.

My work sits at the intersection of two things that have to happen for that to work. The first is the idea. You need ideas with real context behind them, ideas that come from knowing your brand, your audience, and what is actually happening in your category right now. AI is not great at that yet...trust me, I would’ve built a skill out of it already if it was. Then, those ideas need to be positioned so they land with the exact person you want as a customer, in their language, around what they already care about.

The second is the format. A great idea in the wrong package dies in the first two seconds. I’ve spent my career learning which formats travel on the algorithm and which ones stall, across thousands of edits. That is the part most brands skip, and it is the part that decides whether an idea reaches ten people or ten million.

Put those together and you get growth you can count on.

Content.

Short-form strategy, series development, clipping, and social video production for creators, athletes, and brands. I contributed strategy, scripting, and/or editing to every video shown here.

Product Marketing.

Product positioning, launch campaigns, paid social, and the conversion mechanics underneath venture-backed startups, consumer goods, boostrapped builds, and plenty of companies in between.

Led brand marketing for the “Don’t Auto-Draft, use Autograph,” “Gotta Get There” ticket marketplace, and “Autograph Replay” campaigns, and used market research and user feedback to shape Autograph Replay into the product’s highest-retaining feature.

  • The “Fletchair” campaign with Purdue’s Fletcher Loyer set the app’s single-day user acquisition record
  • 400%+ TikTok follower growth and 2M+ monthly Instagram impressions from the organic social strategy

Red Dining Book

Marketing Strategy, Paid Social Content, Market Launch Campaign

Led the expansion of the Red Dining Book, a boutique restaurant guidebook, from Los Angeles to New York City, working as the marketing partner across content and distribution for the NYC edition.

That covered the paid social campaigns and the creative behind them, UGC content partnerships with NYC creators, and the digital content built to drive awareness and sales, including the making-of series shot inside the featured restaurants.

I also built the restaurant side of the launch: sourcing and onboarding the restaurants featured in the edition, running an Instagram-first outreach flow with automated follow-up, and managing the wholesale and retail conversations that put the book in stores.

  • $150,000+ revenue generated in the first year of the market launch
  • 4x ROAS on paid social campaigns
  • Managed the NYC regional UGC partnership strategy
  • Built the restaurant outreach, onboarding, and follow-up system behind the NYC edition
  • Produced the paid social creative and the NYC making-of content series

Amplifii

Strategic Advisor · UGC creator partnership marketplace

Read the case

Amplifii is a creator marketing platform where brands post a brief and a reward pool, and hundreds of creators pick it up and post across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. I advise the founding team on partnerships and product marketing.

Most of the work is opening doors: brokering strategic partnerships with brands, agencies, and creator networks that bring supply and demand onto the marketplace. The rest is product input, using what I have learned running UGC partnerships for clients to help the team shape features that creators and brand managers actually want to use, and then helping tell the story of those features once they ship.

  • Facilitates strategic partnerships that bring brands and creator supply onto the platform
  • Advises on feature development from hands-on experience running UGC partnership programs
  • Supports go-to-market messaging for new product launches like Bounties and Conductor
